1. Are your programs detectable?
No
2. Are your hacks easy to set up?
Very simple.
a. Download and extract your hack to a folder (e.g C:\CD Player)
b. Go to the folder where you've extracted the file and double click on vgbl.exe
note: if your system is running Vista, you need to right click on Launch.exe and select 'Run as administrator' or have UAC disabled
3. Do your hacks modify my game files?
Definitely not.
4. How do I know you won't steal my password?
It's hard to answer this question. If you think I'd go to all the trouble of building our programs and website etc. just to steal your password then don't download them. :)
5. What is member area?
The Members Area is where you can download full version of our products etc.
6. How do I access to my member area?
Click Member Area on the top after sending your payment
7. When do I access to my member area after sending my payment?
Instantly! Please contact us if you can't access to your member area and private forums after subscribing.
8. How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit your member area and click on Cancel Premium
9. Is my premium account still active after cancelling?
Yes for the remainder of the billing cycle for which you have already paid.
10. What are minimum requirements to use your program?
32 or 64-bit Windows and Net framework 2.0 - 3.5
*Important* if you have .net framework 4.0, please uninstall it.
11. I get "mscoree.dll could not be found" error when starting the VGLauncher
Your system is missing .net framework that required to run VGLauncher. Please read question #10.
